Unfilled Trust Protector
Since Eden Rose Brown declared retroactively that she had never assumed the role of "Trust Protector" for the Elizabeth McGuinness Trust, there has been no Trust Protector for the estate since July 23, 2008, when it was signed. The "Revocable Trust Agreement" which Eden Rose Brown authored requires that a Trust Protector be appointed. Two years later, this has not been done - another example of the incompetency of this law firm, their disregard for the law and disrespect for their clients. |
