Eden Rose Brown is - is not - never was - Trust Protector
In the "Revocable Trust Agreement" that Eden Rose Brown authored, Elizabeth McGuinness appointed her as the "Trust Protector". There are provisions for resignation as the Trust Protector, but Eden Rose Brown did not follow the procedure and protocol which she devised. First she "resigns" as Trust Protector. Then she announces she never was the Trust Protector.
The second document is from Eden Rose Brown's letter in which an attorney with the Oregon State Bar Association advised her to resign as Trust Protector. And the third document is from a letter Eden Rose Brown sent to all beneficiaries in 2010 in which she now claims retroactively that, "I have not served as Trust Protector of this trust , and although the Trust appoints me as Trust protector, I cannot accept that appointment." Why would her attorney advise her to resign as Trust Protector if she has never served as Trust Protector? These Mattlock wannabees can't even get their own stories straight from one minute to the next.    |
