Kerry emphasizes just how "unnecessary" any pre-death accounting would be, but says he is "willing to prepare and send a report". And yet when asked specifically for information pertaining to the actual value of the estate on the day the revised "Revocable Trust Agreement" was signed, Kerry resfuses to respond and the lawyers remain silent. And I personally offered to pay for any expenses in making this information available, out of my own pocket and at no expense to the estate or any of the other beneficiaries.  |
"I am not trying to hide anything, as Rob insists, but am trying to preserve the remaining assets of the Trust, as it would be time-consuming and expensive to create this unneccesary pre-death accounting. For those with theories of mismanagement and such, it might seem a worthy request and I am willing to prepare and send a report of pre-death information - just not at the expense of beneficiaries that don't want to join in unnecessary expenses."
