A Lifetime Trust for the Benefit of Kerry P. Burtis
Documents presented below are the five full pages of the revised "Revocable Trust Agreement" which Kerry and Eden Rose Brown coerced Elizabeth McGuinness - in failing health and suffering from advanced Alzheimer's disease - into agreeing to on July 23, 2008. Liz states that she has established this lifetime trust- "...in order to provide him with a source of financial security that will be protected throughout his lifetime, but which is available for him to use to enrich his life, pursue his dreams, and provide for opportunities..." Somebody was looking at an awful lot of money when this was written. Bill Gates himself could never provide this kind of a lifetime trust for one of his nephews - why did Liz think that she had enough money in her estate to provide Kerry with "a source of financial security that will be protected throughout his lifetime" - and this was based on either a 39% or 40% share of the estate (depending on which one of Eden Rose Brown's inconsistent figures you choose to go by). Just six months after her death, Liz's estate has less than $120,000 remaining and Kerry has already received far more than his legally established share. It is obvious that Kerry P. Burtis - in collusion with Eden Rose Brown and P. Freeman Green - have already stolen most of the assets and property from the Elizabeth McGuinness estate.
