What Was the Original Value of Elizabeth McGuinness' Estate?
Kerry Burtis and the Eden Rose Brown law firm have steadfastly refused to divulge any information pertaining to the value of the Elizabeth McGuinness estate on the day the revised "Revocable Trust Agreement" was signed on July 23, 2008. Even though Kerry Burtis has stated that he is willing to release pre-death information, he has never actually been willing to do so. He's lying - and the only reason he would have to withhold such information is if the actual value of Liz's estate was originally significantly greater than he led everyone to believe - especially when less than two years after the trust agreement was signed, there is barely $120,000 left. The document below shows that Eden Rose Brown herself used a value of $660,000 for the estate in the "Revocable Trust Agreement". The question Kerry refuses to answer is - "Where is the other $540,000?"And where the heck did all the money go? And since he will not answer that obvious and appropriate question, the answer can only be - "Kerry Burtis - aided and abbetted by Eden Rose Brown and P. Freeman Green - stole the money from the Elizabeth McGuinness trust."  |
