It was 2008
When I took Aunt Liz to see
Eden Rose and P. Freeman Green
Then we rewrote her will
And Liz made me the Trustee
Of her estate and all her property
She lived with our family
And Liz baby-sat our kids
While I managed her money with ease
Then I put her in a hospice
For some intensive care
All because of Alzheimer's disease
On the 19th of November
My lawyers said to me
"Kerry, you're now the Trustee."
"Your Christmas starts early
And just wait 'til you see
What Aunt Liz left you under your tree!"

My Aunt Liz gave to me:
- Seed money to start a business or professional practice
- Adoption or fertility expenses for Kerry and his spouse, including travel costs and associated
fees.
- A second home in Salem
- And a lifetime trust for the benefit of Kerry P. Burtis!
On the fifth day of Christmas
My Aunt Liz gave to me:
- An annual vacation for Kerry and family members to strengthen bonds and encourage togetherness
- Seed money to start a business or professional practice
- Adoption or fertility expenses for Kerry and his spouse, including travel costs and associated
fees.
- A second home in Salem
- And a lifetime trust for the benefit of Kerry P. Burtis!
On the sixth day of Christmas
My Aunt Liz gave to me:
- Expenses for things that encourage a love of nature and exercise
- An annual vacation for Kerry and family members to strengthen bonds and encourage togetherness
- Seed money to start a business or professional practice
- Adoption or fertility expenses for Kerry and his spouse, including travel costs and associated fees.
- A second home in Salem
- And a lifetime trust for the benefit of Kerry P. Burtis
On the seventh day of Christmas
My Aunt Liz gave to me:
- Living expenses and supplemental income necessary to maintain a comfortable standard of living for Kerry while he is pursuing an educational, scientific, personal or charitable goal
- Expenses for things that encourage a love of nature and exercise
- An annual vacation for Kerry and family members to strengthen bonds and encourage togetherness
- Seed money to start a business or professional practice
- Adoption or fertility expenses for Kerry and his spouse, including travel costs and associated fees.
- A second home in Salem.
- And a lifetime trust for the benefit of Kerry P. Burtis!
On the eighth day of Christmas
My Aunt Liz gave to me:
- Payment of insurance premiums to maintain full medical, dental, and disability coverage
- Living expenses and supplemental income necessary to maintain a comfortable standard of living for Kerry while he is pursuing an educational, scientific, personal or charitable goal
- Expenses for things that encourage a love of nature and exercise
- An annual vacation for Kerry and family members to strengthen bonds and encourage togetherness
- Seed money to start a business or professional practice
- Adoption or fertility expenses for Kerry and his spouse, including travel costs and associated fees.

On the ninth day of Christmas

careers or explore different professions.
- Payment of insurance premiums to maintain full medical, dental, and disability coverage
- Living expenses and supplemental income necessary to maintain a comfortable standard of living for Kerry while he is pursuing an educational, scientific, personal or charitable goal
- Expenses for things that encourage a love of nature and exercise
- An annual vacation for Kerry and family members to strengthen bonds and encourage togetherness
- Seed money to start a business or professional practice
- Adoption or fertility expenses for Kerry and his spouse, including travel costs and associated fees.

On the tenth day of Christmas
My Aunt Liz gave to me:- Expenses for Kerry, individually and with his spouse and/or children, to pursue, on a one time
basis, a strong and compelling, but not necessarily practical dream goal or ambition.
- Expenses for Kerry to return to school or to receive training to learn a new trade, change careers or explore different professions.
- Payment of insurance premiums to maintain full medical, dental, and disability coverage
- Living expenses and supplemental income necessary to maintain a comfortable standard of living for Kerry while he is pursuing an educational, scientific, personal or charitable goal
- Expenses for things that encourage a love of nature and exercise
- An annual vacation for Kerry and family members to strengthen bonds and encourage togetherness
- Seed money to start a business or professional practice

- Expenses for Kerry, individually and with his spouse and/or children, to pursue, on a one time basis, a strong and compelling, but not necessarily practical dream goal or ambition.
- Expenses for Kerry to return to school or to receive training to learn a new trade, change careers or explore different professions.
- Payment of insurance premiums to maintain full medical, dental, and disability coverage
- Living expenses and supplemental income necessary to maintain a comfortable standard of living for Kerry while he is pursuing an educational, scientific, personal or charitable goal
